Refund and Returns Policy

Quality Guarantee

At Mytravelposters, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you or your customer is not satisfied with the quality of a product received, please contact us at hola@mytravelposters.com within 30 days of receiving the item. We will investigate the issue and, if our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will either send a complimentary replacement order or, if a replacement is not feasible or you cannot wait for it, offer a refund.

Color Consistency

While we strive for color consistency in our prints, please note that 100% consistency is not always achievable due to the nature of the printing process. Factors like machine type, settings, paper types, and environmental conditions can influence the final result. Minor color variations are considered within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive an order that is defective or damaged, please report it to us immediately. This includes any issues with the number or quality of products that are not caused by the content provided. We will cover the costs of a new order in such cases.

Lost Orders

If an order is lost in transit, inform us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We will send a replacement order on your behalf.

Returns

Given the personalized nature of our products, we do not support returns as each order is custom-made. If you wish to place a new order after returning a product, you will be responsible for the costs of the new order.

Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to the sender, please place a new order and contact us. We will arrange for the product price to be refunded for the new order, with you only paying for the shipping of the reorder.

Wrong Address

If an insufficient address is provided and the shipment is returned and disposed of, you will need to place a new order with the correct address at your own cost.

Rejected by Recipient

If a shipment is rejected by the recipient during delivery, it will be returned and safely disposed of. A new order with an updated address will be required, at your expense.

Unclaimed Orders

Orders not received and left unclaimed may be returned to the sender. In such cases, please place a new order and contact us. We will arrange for the product price to be refunded for the new order, but you will need to cover the shipping costs.
